C.C. Designs~Maynard Bear by DoveArt Studio

Happy Tuesday everyone! Are you surviving the crazy week of last minute shopping or did you get everything done early so you could chill at home? I thought I had everything done, but there's always something I forget so I had to brave some of the stores this morning. Hopefully I don't have any more surprises!!

I will be MIA for the next few days on my blog so I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Today I'm sharing a Christmas card using this adorable and versatile stamp from C.C. Designs called Maynard Bear from DoveArt Studio. I LOVE bears, and I've used this bear to make baby card, birthday cards, and Christmas cards. I sprinkled Stampendous Shabby Pink and Aged Taupe Embossing Enamel around the paper edge and heated it with my toaster....it helps keeps the powder in place. :)

Copics:
Bear: E41, E42, E43, E44
Pink: R81, R83, R85
Green: YG23, YG25, YG67

I used some dps that were in my stash. I'm always getting questions on how I get my bows so perfect. I use a cheap plastic tool called a Bow Easy. It's flat, easy to store, and easy to use!

You can see the full line of DoveArt Studio stamps HERE. And be sure to join the C.C. Designs Facebook Group to see more inspiration and get some FREEBIES!

Have a great and awesome week!
Love,
Rosie :)

7 Kids College Fund~Go on and Celebrate with Mama Elephant!

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back today to share the details on this new card I made using some awesome Mama Elephant stamps and dies! Don't forget, you still have time to enter our current "ANYTHING GOES" challenge on the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog.

Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to take a break from Christmas cards and make a fun birthday card. I absolutely LOVE penguins so this cute and adorable Arctic Penguins Stamp Set from Mama Elephant just had to be mine, haha!! I'm loving the stamps and coordinating die cut sets from Mama Elephant and this one is probably one of my faves! You can see the entire list of products and links below. :)

My decorative papers are from Doodlebug Sugar Shoppe 6x6 paper pad. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant Make a Wish Clear Stamp Set. I cut the sentiment out using some fabulous dies called By DIEzyne Dies Stitched Circles.

That awesome glitter around the sentiment is Stampendous Fushia Crushed Glass Glitter. To make the card even more sparkly, I took my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker and brushed it over the black cardstock and the letters in the sentiment.

Little Miss Muffet Stamps~KiKi's Gifts

Little Miss Muffet Stamps

TGI Saturday everyone! I hope you had a great week so far! Our current challenge on the Little Miss Muffet Challenge Blog is ANYTHING GOES. Pretty easy and simple! This challenge runs for the month of December so you still have 17 more days to enter. There will be extra prizes so you'll definitely want to join us!! :) :)

I'm back to making Christmas cards and LMMS recently added some new Christmas digis to the LMMS STORE! They are all soooooo adorable and I wanted to color them all up...right away....like asap, LOL! But I've been fighting a sinus and upper respiratory infection for the past week and a half so it's been a little slow going lately. I finally got some antibiotics from the doctor's visit this week so hopefully I'm back to 100% soon.

Since I LOVE bears, I decided to color up Kiki's Gifts first....she's just so stinkin' adorable!! She's stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copics. I added Stampendous Frantage Aged Taupe Embossing Enamel around the edge of my image.

 Copics:
Bear: E41, E42, E43, E44
Red: R22, R27, R29, R89
Green: G21, G24, G28
Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker
Liquid Applique

I used some gorgeous dps from Authentique BELIEVE 6x6 paper pad. The red flowers are from Petaloo, and the rest were in my stash. The wide ribbon is from Hobby Lobby. The sentiment ticket is from Tim Holtz.

Now be sure to link up your "ANYTHING GOES" creation on the Little Miss Muffet Challenge Blog. And check out the LMMS STORE to get some amazing stamps! Also, come join in all the fun on our Little Miss Muffet FB Page to stay up-to-date on all our news. If we get more likes, we'll get some more freebies!

Little Miss Muffet Stamps~Spencer's Ship

Little Miss Muffet Stamps
TGIF everyone! I hope you had a great week so far! I've been sick for over a week, but finally today I feel like I'm getting better! It was the worst timing ever. It started the evening before Thanksgiving...yeah not great considering I was hosting this year and had lots of stuff to cook. I'm just glad I'm finally on the mend!

Yesterday started a new challenge on the Little Miss Muffet Challenge Blog, and it's ANYTHING GOES!! Pretty easy and simple! And there will be extra prizes since this challenge will run a little longer!! :) :)

I took a break from Christmas cards and decided to color up this cutie called SPENCER'S SHIP. I LOVE bears and Spencer is one of my faves! He's stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copics.

 Copics:
Bear: E41, E42, E43, R20, R22, C3, N2
Blue: B91, B93, B95, B99
Red: R24, R27, R29, R39
Gray: C3, C5, C7

I used some awesome digital papers from MicheleRDesigns called By The Sea 6x6 Paper Pad, along with the coordinating By The Sea Elements Pack 1 (for the paper bow and ribbon strip) and By The Sea Elements Pack 2 (for the sentiment). The corner die is from Whimsy Stamps and the pearls were in my stash.

In the side view you can see the dimension. I added pop-dots behind Spencer, the sentiment and the Karen Foster Anchor Sticker (I added cornstarch to the back of the sticker to remove the stickiness and then added the pop dots). If you look closely you can see I used the By The Sea Card Inserts to decorate the inside of my card too. :)

Have a great weekend!
